I feel very lucky to have found such an honest and professional workshop. It’s rare to find this level of service! I brought in my imported Japanese Toyota HiAce for a full inspection and minor service, and the owner/mechanic clearly explained both the healthy and 'not-so-healthy' aspects of the vehicle. There was no pressure—just honest advice. Since picking it up, the van has never driven smoother. The owner/mechanic truly knows Toyotas inside out, both local and imported models. belated review - but still absolutely worthy of all 5 stars. helped me with my old (2004) Transit that most mechanics won't touch. Good communication - even when we misunderstood each other at one point he checked in for clarity and ensured I understood what needed to be done before doing it. Very communicative as I left my van with Multitune while I went away for a week and I was made aware of any repairs needed and exact costs before work was carried out! Great mechanic, diagnosed other issues, sent photos through and explained them thoroughly. Even showed me the damaged parts in shop. He Was interested in what was wrong and I actually felt like he wanted to diagnose the issue, fix it and it wasn’t just another car. A good price for a very very good job. What incredible service and skills - we felt so well taken care of with Multitune. He kept us up to date on all checks and fixes.
